Born and raised in Guatemala and now based in Los Angeles, Gaby Moreno grew up inspired by artists like Ella Fitzgerald, Nina Simone, and Aretha Franklin, and learned to speak English by singing the songs she loved.

Her original blend of jazz, blues and 1960s rock & soul has earned her the respect and appreciation of audiences in Latin America, Europe and the US. In 2013, she received a Latin GRAMMY for Best New Artist, and she is currently nominated for a GRAMMY for Best Latin Pop Album. Moreno also co-wrote the theme song for NBC’s hit television show “Parks and Recreation”.

Moreno has toured the globe alongside artists like Tracy Chapman, Ani DiFranco, Ricardo Arjona, Van Dyke Parks, The Punch Brothers and Calexico.  Most recently she performed at David Byrne’s Meltdown Festival in London and Washington DC’s Kennedy Center, and has been part of the “Celebrating David Bowie” world tour. She is currently touring in support of her new record “Ilusión” (2016), which was produced by Gabriel Roth, co-founder of Daptone Records (Sharon Jones & The Dap Kings). With a warm, soulful, horn-inflected sound, the new album captures the pure spirit of the aspiring immigrant artist who made her way to a new country with just her guitar, her gifted voice, and a pocketful of songs she was eager to share.

ROSBY (DJ, jazz and Latin percussionist, and music producer) is a propulsive musical force-an imaginative and technique-driven percussionist who marries his skills on the drum kit with his deeply layered, cerebral, yet still danceable work as a downtempo producer/DJ.

His style and compositions are informed by his 20 years of training as a jazz and Latin percussionist. Named to the vaunted Monterey Jazz Festival All-Star Band while still in high school, ROSBY has gone on to be a respected drummer in jazz, rock and hip-hop contexts. ROSBY has shared the stage with Emmy-award winning pianist and violinist John Wineglass, hip-hop groups Souls of Mischief, Zion-I and Nappy Roots, electronica stalwarts Beats Antique and RJD2, as well as reggae and roots luminaries Michael Franti and Spearhead and Ziggy Marley.
